Ordered a week ago and have had working broadband (after 4 hours and 3 calls last night) but I still can’t register an account for Virgin.
Everytime I try, I complete the form and the page is refreshed after the captcha is done. I’ve seen other members have had this problem too.
i’ve tried on multiple devices and browsers and the same thing keeps happening.
I really don’t understand what’s going wrong so any help would be appreciated. I have an account number and zone number, so why can’t I register?

If you've been unable to register on My Virgin Media for over 24 hours we'd need to raise this to our team to investigate further for you.
