Self Install issue, cannot connect internet

Hi! I’ve got the broadband kit to install myself, I followed all the steps but it is still not working. The wifi green light is on, but the base light is green and flashing. It is Hub 3.

Also, I do not find a virgin media box on the wall, instead there is one labelled "NTL". Does this have anything to do with the connection?

My plan is broadband only, no phone and no TV at the moment.

NTL rebranded as Virgin Media. If it has the correct coax connection its the right one.

Some hubs need to be activated. Were you given an activation number to phone?
