Received Pre-Contract documents after trying to renew broadband but the order summary came with errors.

It's been over 7 days but nothing is showing anywhere on my dashboard nor have I received any further communication regarding the renewal. Can someone please help?

What has happened to the order, does the price not reflect what is showing on your documents? Cheers

I can't see any order pending on my dashboard. I can't even see the renewal option anywhere (earlier clicking it would show that there was an order pending and I can't make any changes till its complete but even then the order itself was never visible)
