Omni box broken

Unfortunately my Omni box has been broken and all the cables are hanging out. How do I contact Virgin for help?

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue regarding your Omni box. Are you able to post a picture of the Omnibox cover so we can see the damage?

Thanks for getting back to us with the picture. I'll pop you over a private message now so I can arrange an engineer visit to get this fixed.

If you're using a desktop version of the Community Forums, you'll be able to find my message at the white envelope in the top right. If on a mobile device, you can access your messages by clicking on your profile picture and going to 'messages'.
