How on this planet does a loyal 20 year customer get a new router to replace an ancient superhub 1 which is increasingly unreliable and needing to be reset multiple times a day? Is it too much to ask? No the upgrade link doesn’t work, for me at least and I have wasted hours and hours trying to get in contact by phone or online.
Virgin make it so so difficult for customers. Really don’t deserve our business at all.
Sorry for the rant, but never been so frustrated with a supplier.
