Old router failing. How on earth do you get Virgin to send a replacement???????

How on this planet does a loyal 20 year customer get a new router to replace an ancient superhub 1 which is increasingly unreliable and needing to be reset multiple times a day?  Is it too much to ask? No the upgrade link doesn’t work, for me at least and I have wasted hours and hours trying to get in contact by phone or online.

Virgin make it so so difficult for customers. Really don’t deserve our business at all.

Sorry for the rant, but never been so frustrated with a supplier.

there is/was a upgrade page somewhere but not sure it still works - so i will flag the thread and hopefully VM will get a new hub out to you

We've used the forum information to send out a replacement Hub which is the updated version.

New router has arrived and is so far, night and day better than the old one. So, problem is sorted.
