No internet

Hi. Yesterday gone internet. Green traffic light is flashing and all others is flashing too. I was try reset, reboot hub but still nothing. For me is super hub 2ac. I was try connect by wire via modem mode but nothing. I just can connect to hub. The virgin media custumer sercice say that engineer comes next week. So maybe someone can help? Someone have idea?

And in network status write that downstream acuisition locked. Maybe possible change channel ID?

Yes, have exactly same issue. Service down yesterday at 2:20. Still waiting repair. Super hub 3 with bsse light flashing green so I don't have a down stream connection.

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and your hub appears to be online and functioning normally at the moment. How has it been since posting? Is everything okay now?
