No contact after signing up

I made an order online last saturday for virgin tv phone and broadband , I had the confirmation email but had nothing since at all can anyone help ?

Call in on 150 or 0345 454 1111 and ask em.  Could also try the  Pre Instalation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 but they might not be in the loop yet.
