I have just arrived in South Africa. I cannot make calls, send or receive texts and have no access to data. I have a contract that is only a month or so old. Do I need to change any settings in order to get my phone working?

Did you activate roaming on your online account before you went away? If not do you have access to the online account so you can do it now?

I did not activate any roaming before I left the UK. I have tried to log into my online account but I either have the wrong details or I never set up the account.
Is there another way I can get the roaming sorted?
