Money for returned equipment

Hello,

I got an email about returning my equipment saying it had a £40 value. I arranged collection and it was picked up last week.

Do I receive this £40 for returning the equipment? If so, how is it done/do I have to claim for it?

No they mean if you don’t return it, they will charge you £40.
