I've recently moved my superhub3 from one room to another, going from a 1meter cable to a 5meter cable, both made up by the VM installer, since then my interent drops out almost instantly if i connect anything other than an amazon alexa?! which seems to continue working no matter what..
I have rebooted the hub many times and tried holding the reset button, none of which seems to help.
Power level on at least one downstream channel is too high. A longer cable would have made it better with those power levels rather than worse, unless the technician changed the tap in the cabinet that you are on. You need to get onto customer services to get the technician back to adjust power levels, probably by inserting an attenuator in the cable.
