I can’t activate my internet

I have plugged in the box and everything is ready to go but I need my account activating...but when I call virgin it says the cebtre is closed due to Covid! So I have no idea how to activate? Any ideas? This has been going on for days now abs it’s very frustrating.

Hi Rebekka78,

The phone lines are still operating, howeverit depends when you call, especially on a weekend.

There is a dedicated line to call to get your equipment activated. 0800 953 9500, however it may be closed with it being Sunday

You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number.

You could also try speaking to  New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation. The best time to call is 8am to avoid call queues.

That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline , or options 1,1,2 and 4  if dialling 0345 4541111 from any other phone
