Hi there , I just got the hub 3.0 yesterday . I set it up and left it over night to let it install the software updates . Woke up this morning and the green light it still flashing . Also our old wifi box seems to have lost connection as well. Can't find the email which they say you need for your account details to activate your account , help please

Very sorry to hear you have been having issues with activating your hub.
I hope you have been able to get this all up and running since your post on Friday, however, if this is not the case, there should be a number on the box and also a booklet inside the box the hub was delivered in for you to call to get the hub activated. If you give this a call, the team will be more than happy to help.
