How do I get a Hub 5

As per the subject, I am a 1Gbps customer and would dearly like a Hub 5 (to use in modem mode) to maximise my Virgin internet experience.

I can see on our systems that you have been in touch with the team and they have submitted this feedback for you. 

Ensure that your marketing preferences are enabled so if and when we do have the availability for Hub 5's in your area, we'll send the invitation offer email to you. 

Just sign in to My VM here.  Click on Account settings > Marketing preferences > Edit my preferences.
