Green box

Hi , I have a Virgin green box installed few weeks ago on our boundary, we have a planing permission on the plot for a new house and the box is obstructing the entrance to the new property, could you please let me know who can I email to sort it out and ask for the box to be moved.

You could try this: divworks@virginmedia.co.uk

It would cost you thousands to move a cabinet and associated underground cables, but I suppose that's not too painful against the profit on a new house.
