Activated connection via phone number as directed. Got the smart hub delivered and plugged into wall socket as directed. Flashing green bottom light only and no connection.
Does this mean there is some issue with the line? I am guessing I need an engineer to help with the install but there is no way i can see to request one.
Tried calling up but just on hold for 30 minutes. Tried the online messaging support and didnt get any response. The help from the online guide amounts to turn the hub on and off and check its plugged into the socket.
Pretty disappointed with the experience so far with virgin.
