Connection Down

Hi,

Last night my connection went down, and wont come back.

I have tried to contact on phone lines (closed), no live chat option and the website goes around in circles with "turn it off and on again" and check connections

Is the an engineer on here that can assist me?

No connection, self tests dont seem to work and interestingly when you login to the router it says "Internet access blocked"?

Hi, firstly I would try a hard reset,with the power on using a paper clip push the reset button on the back of the router at the bottom for 60 seconds then release it and all the devices should re connect,I hope this helps
