Just checking this months bill, and my contract has gone up 1p, I don't care about the 1p but on checking the bill it says I requested a change. I've not contacted vm for years, definitely havent requested anything. See attached screenshot.

Images need to be verified, by a super user I believe, before they are able to die displayed.
