Hello. Since yesterday I have been unable to watch any Twitter videos via the Virgin Media Wifi.
This happens with Mac, iPhone and PC although the content works fine using 4G.
I haven't changed any settings on the Wifi.
I'd be very grateful for any help or advice.

i found a way to disable it on my iphone only.
In settings >Wi-Fi, tap on the i on the wi-fi network, tap on 'Configure DNS' and change from Automatic to Manual and delete the two DNS servers (mine were 194.168.4.100 & 194.168.8.100 - yours could be different if you are on a different SH I guess) then add server and enter 8.8.8.8 (google) - on the thread I posted yesterday someone suggested two other IP address which I haven't tried, but this worked for me.
If you want to change back, change to 'Automatic' and the two you deleted will reappear (take a screen shot just in case).
