WiFi randomly goes down every day

Been having this problem at my mothers house for several months now, were randomly the WiFi from my super-hub drops out. It happens every day several times a day and its beginning to really frustrating. We've had several technicians out, and even got a new super hub and the problem still hasn't been fixed. The internet stays online for my Xbox which is connected via Ethernet, but for everything wireless, all internet goes down for like 2 mins. Any ideas if there is anyway I can fix the problem?
