3 days ago my router started dropping connections some device will connect some won't pc won't connect now unless hard wired phones will connect sky box's carnt connect any more. also the virgin media app won't comnect to router . I rang VM and did a automated test the test said I need to speak to someone as it found a problem but no call center is open. I have reset the hub by unpluggin for 30sec also done the pinhole reset several times. I cannot loggin into the router via 192.168 anymore as well.
