WiFi Pod is overheating and producing a whining noise

Hi, same with me. I’ve now got 3 pods. 1 is working fine, 1 I’m waiting to be collected from virgin media as I reported noise/overheating (was supposed to be collected on Tuesday but the guy never showed up) and 1 was working fine but is now making a loud buzzing noise. Please can a mod arrange for the 2 faulty pods to be collected and swapped? I’m actually happy to go down to just 2 pods as I think that’ll meet my needs. Thanks!

Would you be able to remove the 2 faulty pods from the mains, if you haven't done so already.
