Hello I have a TiVo box and a Hub 3 as part of my package.I have downloaded the latest connect app. In order to do a check for black spots in my house as I have 3 grandkids and when they are visiting the internet can be used in several places at once.
I know that internet is performing fine I also know that I’m connected to my network.
But when trying to link the connect app to my hub 3 I get a message saying hub not found
I have tried all remedies I’ve seen on here to avail

If the signal has to travel through a cavity wall probably not. You will also have signals from hubs in neighbouring houses that will reduce the connection speed even if the signal strength is reasonable.

How far is your summer house from the hub? Thick walls would interfere the signal. The booster is designed to work and distribute the signal within the house. WiFi extenders may help the range of the signal however we don't provide those so we cannot guarantee how well it would work considering all the interference blocking the wireless signals.
