I need an updated router. Ive had this one since the start of my contract almost 2 and a half years ago and it isn't working as well as I expect it to.

To stand any chance of the Hub being replaced, add a clear & objective description of what is not working.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your router at the moment, what problems are you having with your hub right now?

Are you having a speed issue or stability problems?
