What have you tried to get them to connect?
The main Q box needs to be connected to the internet first. Once set up, you can connect the mini box, which connects via the main Q box.
Are you trying to connect via Ethernet or Wi-Fi?

Through WiFi it connects then within 15-20 mins it says it cannot get a connection

It’s been a while since I was with Sky. The thread below may help. Try a network reset to see if you can set up the connection after that. The Sky Help Forum may be the best place to get your query answered, too.
