I lost internet connection on 21 July and was told I needed a new router and this would be delivered by Wed 24 July.
It is now 29 July and still not received. Called Virgin last night who advised it was Yodel I needed to speak to. Yodel tracking is not updating, tried to call Yodel and told it is Virgin I need to contact.
The person at Virgin I spoke to last night was really not very helpful. I asked for a number for Yodel and was told to Google it which is difficult when you have no WIFI!!
