New Hub

I lost internet connection on 21 July and was told I needed a new router and this would be delivered by Wed 24 July.

It is now 29 July and still not received. Called Virgin last night who advised it was Yodel I needed to speak to.   Yodel tracking is not updating, tried to call Yodel and told it is Virgin I need to contact.  

The person at Virgin I spoke to last night was really not very helpful. I asked for a number for Yodel and was told to Google it which is difficult when you have no WIFI!!

Meanwhile I am paying for something I cannot use.

Any suggestions please

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm really sorry to hear that your new hub hasn't arrived when promised, this isn't what we like to hear. 

I can appreciate you posted this on Monday, can I ask if you've had an update since then?
