Hi firstly when a Hub3 is in modem mode can I use any of the four ports ?
Can I use two ports simultaneously so I can keep my current connection to my old draytek 2860 whilst trying to configure a Mikrotik RB4011iGS and keep everyone happy ?
I currently have the vm modem connected to the old draytek router which is feeding currently
3 AP's ( soon to be 5 )
a 24 port switch dedicated for cctv and a 48 port switch for everything else.
I'm really struggling with the MikroTik as there are so many settings .
Has anyone got a router connected ok that you have to dedicate & configure your own wan port ?
The first 2 questions regarding ports I can experiment with.
As a new customer any information would be appreciated .
Thank You .

No the hub is locked to one MAC to one port.

I'm struggling to understand why you have a DSL router, a 10-port router, a 24 port switch and a 48 port switch. What devices do you have that would need all of this?
