I don't have an internet connection in Islington, I tried internally and the status check says it's a broadband problem, but online it said there are no other problems.
I tried contacting customer support but they only open in 10 hours
Is there anything else I can do to fix this?
Thanks for posting. Sorry about the broadband issues. Having ran a check in your area, there is an ongoing SNR issue (signal to noise ratio). The fault number is F007348656. The estimated fix date and time for this is the 18th September @11am.
