Internet Connection Dropping

It seems I have a similar issue as many other users where the Internet is disconnecting from the Superhub 3, The devices are connected to the Network fine and have the correct 192.168 address that you normally expect but all devices show no Internet Connection (iOS, Windows, MacOS, Android), restarting the devices and router fixes this issue but it again drops after a few hours. 

We had a power cut the other week and not sure if this has any affect on this but has got worse since. Anyone know how to fix?

Do you know if you're having this issue on both a Wired & Wireless connection?

Do you have a PC or Laptop you can use on a Wired connection to test this?

Sorry should’ve put on last reply, if I plug in laptop it works okay or so it seem though tried putting in modem mode and connect a wireless router but got no internet connection via wired or wireless on that.

Is the issue happening in all rooms of the property? Including the room the hub is in?

Okay, do you have our Virgin Mobile Connect App? It has a built in WiFi tool that can locate Black Spots and work to adjust your hub settings to help with this.

Yes, took 6 attempts when next to router to connect but fails to connect in any other room
