Previously I was on the top 300mb speed and since amended my package due to cost so speed was downgraded to 100mb. Ever since then the internet speed is woeful, simple images won’t load and the broadband keeps dropping and have to reset the router generally 2-3 times a day. An engineer just came out and could see no problem and changed the router but the problem is still there.
I had no problems at all on the faster speed only since the speed was reduced. The internet is only really used for 2 mobile devices and using Netflix so 100mb should be plenty.
Where do I go from here as a believe the fault seems to lie with the broadband itself and not the equipment.
