Hi all,
I have tried relentlessly to solve this issue and am constantly failing. I have a brand new Hub3 and 3 intelligent Pod boosters in the rooms that are far from it (1200 sqft flat).
When i am the furthest from the hub (but in a room that has a booster) my laptop keeps dropping. I've noticed this also happens with the Eufy hub which is also in my bedroom (far from the router).
The connection restores itself in around 1-2 minutes which is eternity when streaming.
Initialy have thought this was due to many devices connected, but experiencing the issues now with only 3-4 devices on the network. I have tried disabling the channel optimization in the wifi admin of the router, but switched it back on as was afraid it will compromise the other devices is the room. I also tried forcing my laptop (Lenovo Yoga 3000) to choose the 2.4 GHz as a default.
I read somewhere that a possible solution is to switch to a 2 tier network (i.e. 2.4 and 5 GHz) but not sure I want to go there. Also, someone suggested to allocated static IPs to the different devices but I don't see how to do this in the hub3 admin portal.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Jon

Thank you for your response @Jonidee.
Have you tried the great advice given by @Adduxi? Have you also tried our connect add which can help test for black spots in your service https://virg.in/connectapp
Thanks,
