Hello back in August I got in touch about my hub wifi dropping and my power levels were supposedly the cause. An engineer was supposed to come out but they never came and I forgot about it. I would like to rearrange another engineer visit but the person I was in contact with before is no longer available for messaging. Could I have some help please?
