Hub has died

My hub 3.0 has died this morning.

No power at all. Have unplugged and tried another socket and nothing.

I have been trying to find a phone number to call VM but without any success to get a replacement.

Can someone offer any help?

Can the fuse be changed in the Plug for Hub 3's?

150 from a VM phone (free) or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone!

A member of the forum team will pick this up but could take a while. So call it in anyway! (speakerphone whilst drinking tea is always a win)
