We had a power cut yesterday and it came back on fine after that but when i went to use the internet this morning i was greeted to a sky 'your connection has dropped' page. i am connected straight to the hub with an ethernet cable. i mentioned it when i rang 150 to tell them we had no internet and the lady on the other end of the phone had no idea what i was on about. i have no idea why this would happen.
How intriguing, do you have a Sky broadband connection available in the house or I wonder perhaps if the page was cached on the computer, did you used to have Sky at one time. It may also be worth checking the computer for any installed Sky programs.
i am connected directly into the router using an Ethernet cable. I still get the page after i leave it unplugged for 10 minutes. If i press lets fix it it says 'ERROR 401 access denied'. It happens on all of the devices in the house WiFi and Ethernet.
