Hub 3 WiFi dropping

For the past week or so my wifi signal drops out, sometimes for a short period while other times I need to do a reboot or full reset to get it back again. Frustrating especially when streaming and the movie/show keeps buffering or drops out altogether! Have had no issues the past year but this is now starting to get more annoying each day! Could I please request an engineer visit?

It will take some time to populate with data - 24 hours for a full set - you can still post the link to the "live graph" back here though and we'll see it as it develops.

edit: sorry, should have been clearer - can you post the data from the hub as text rather than screenshots - it'll take a while for the images to be approved and some of them will contain data considered "sensitive" (though when you paste them as text, teh forum software strips this out of the post...)

So, power levels all look fine, you have some post-rs errors showing - when was the hub last rebooted? Worth seeing how they look in the morning and reposting the tables from the downstream tab to see if they’re increasing and by how much. 

Log is showing some channel drops and t3 timeouts.. also worth posting again in the morning to see how it looks then…

bqm will take some time to get a useful data set, tho it’s already showing some packet loss (red at the top) so be interesting to see how it develops…

Bought a router today in hope that will resolve the issue after reading some other stories.
