Hub 3 Overheating

Hi,

I've seen others on this forum get quick resolutions to their overheating issues and was hoping that Customer Service would be able to send me a replacement, unfortunately they said that they do not have any Hub 3s (funnily enough when I posed as a new customer they did have them) and are refusing to send a Hub 4 because "it will increase your speed to 1Gbps".... I did try to explain that the router capacity was 1Gbps and just having the Hub wouldn't increase my speed, but they wouldn't have it and instead said the only way would be to pay extra.  

 

Can anyone help me with this as I'm not too happy with having an overheating Hub in the house.
