So the power light starting flashing green around 4pm, I've reset my hub several times. Checked all the wires and it's still off! I've checked the status on the app and it says no known issues? Sometimes it's just green and the arrows flash and sometimes the power light flashes and WiFi signal stays solid green? Is it an issue with my connection or a bigger issue and I need to try and call?
try calling 0800 561 0061 - it's an automated service that will tell you if there are any local issues - perhaps more accurate than the app - idk, but worth a go. if not, then you can assume that you have an issue with your line and contact the service desk.
