Hi,
Since having the hub 5 a few months ago, i've been having nothing but problems. Rebooting in the night for no reason, connection loss on some devices. Did a hub test on vm and all it keeps saying is to reboot the router which i do a few times a week anyway, always have. And after that it says i have connection issues on all devices, bearing in mind a few of them are next to the hub and it showed that even wired devices had connection issues too. Any help would be appreciated

I'm sorry to hear you're facing issues with your connection, and haven't been receiving much help from the Connect App. I've taken a look on our side, and I will need to pop you a private message as it looks like there are a couple of things we need to get sorted.
