Hi all
We are returning customers to Virgin, having previously had a hub 3 or 4 to which we connected a BT Whole Home 3 pod mesh system. This mesh has worked with all other routes, including our most recent non-virgin router. However, we can't get the mesh pods to connect to our new hub 5.
We've tried it in router mode (with and without WiFi), modem mode, and we've factory reset both systems but when we plug the main mesh pod into the hub 5 it still says it's getting no connection, no matter which ethernet port we use.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

Thanks for the response. We actually re-tried several of the options recommended above and we've finally managed to get it working. Still not quite sure why it was so hard to sort out in the end but it seems stable now.
