I have been having issues with my broadband ever since it was installed a few months ago.
There are constant connectivity issues with the WiFi in relation to my phone,iPad,laptop and TV.
The devices constantly say connected to the network but not the internet. I've to reset the router every single day in order to reconnect and that takes up to half an hour.
I have previously tried the helpline and the many technical fixes I have read online but to no avail.
Please can you assist,this is driving me round the bend.
