Since upgrading to the hub 5. We have lost a connection to the garage so can no longer charge electric car on a timer through app and WiFi upstairs is poorer. I have been sent a pod but this hasn't made a difference. We have also lost connection to the virgin media app . This seems weird since the better upgrade appears to be worse than previous hub. Any ideas ??
