I was sent a new hub a week ago as the helpline suggested the old one was broken. I installed the new hub but still I only have a green power light showing not white. I think there must be a problem with the cable outside our house.
I have been trying the helpline everyday for a week for at least 4 hrs each time and have not managed to get through to anyone.
We just want an engineer to come and fix it. Is there anyone from virgin media actually taking calls or monitoring this forum? The service is absolutely disgraceful. Please advise.
