My account can not sign in

hi I have try everything and still no good ,

  • The problem is I can not sign into my account with email address that I registered with , the problem I think is because i used same email address few months befor I order virgin with then cancel , so I thought I would be ok to used email address with new order I was wrong , any idea how I can fix this I keep getting fob off . 
    when I log in I get messages saying this
