Vigin app....can't check my data balances

Hi, for the past two days I've continually tried to access my data balances thru the virgin media app. It just says "sorry, we can't contact our servers right now, please try again later". Any ideas why I can't access it, and is there another way I can check my data balances?

No idea what's wrong with the app :-(

Maybe try uninstalling and start again.

You can log into your online account for balances  https://mobile.virginmedia.com/ecare/login

Thanks, i've uninstalled the app then reinstalled it and that's worked.

Glad to hear this is sorted for you!

I'm personally on a Virgin Mobile network and had one or two issues myself this last couple of days and the uninstall/reinstall option is always my first go to as it usually works for me when an app is playing up.
