Transfer my mobile account to my Daughter

Hello, my daughter now has a full time job. I "Own" the mobile account but she has the SIM and phone.

How do I transfer the account to her, so that she owns the number and pays for the bills?

The SIM was on a monthly contract which has now expired.

Hi Attila_borzak,

 

Thank you for your post. 

 

To have the account changed from yourself to your daughter there would be a few steps. 

 

Firstly we would need to put the account to a PAYG account. Secondly we would then need to submit a transfer of ownership request. Finally once the number is in your daughters name then you daughter would need to speak with the sales team concerning having a credit check done and getting onto the deal she wants.

This sounds helplessly over complicated. But it seems to be the only option.
Who do I need to contact about changing the number to PAYG? I cannot find reference this anywhere on my account page.
