Yes, I had the same problem this afternoon
Customer Services knew nothing of this problem until they tried to get a PAC for me on their screen
Very annoyed I needed it today

Havent logged into my account for ages, but now it fails on the Password
The screen requires an 8 -10 character code, but my old PW is only 6 characters
Virgin send me a code to my mobile to enter on a screen, but every time this is entered it is rejected
So I am stuck
