Hi there sorry I know this has been covered before but how do I get my account activated for international roaming whilst abroad? Can someone from virgin contact my about that please? And yes I am already abroad.
Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Sorry you're not able to connect in South Africa.
If you've not done so already you need to restart the handset on arrival. It should connect to the network automatically but sometimes a manual search and select is needed (Google how to do this if you're not sure).

I have similiar issue. I am already abroad, in Poland and my mobile cannot log to any mobile network, so i cannot make calls and text. My Virgin account is saying that roaming is on, but seems like it is not. I would be so grateful if you can help me immediatelly, because it it a big problem for me and i do not know what to do really.
