Anyone who has a iPhone X that’s been delivered in the past week actually been activated by virgin yet?

It’s a joke! I was promised Tuesday so it better be working then my phone arrived a week late also. Were you told 3-5 days ?

Sorry for the delayed response.

We're aware of some current issues and our IT team are working through all the tickets in order to activate any simcard affected by this issue.
