Billing issues, rude advisor, blank responses, not very helpful customer care.
I just rang virgin media to see if I could change my package or leave as my 12 month contract is up. I came through to a Advisor named Maria based in Swansea who did not present herself and was extremely rude, ignorant and unprofessional, I wish to make a complaint about her and have the call listened too as she turned it round and said I was argumentative although all I wanted to do was talk to someone professional to discuss my account. I asked to speak to her manager and she refused. I asked to make a complaint and she refused......This is what we have to deal with disgusting
