Signed up to virgin got my kit sent out I’ve now tried to register & all I get is a message saying we’re sorry you left us you can no longer use your account I’ve not even created an account yet, what is going on?? Can Anybody help I even called virgin & there now sending a technician out I know already this won’t help I need to register??

HI Jones29, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service. Can you confirm if it is only the online account you are having issues with or has there been an issue with the equipment also and this may be why the engineer was assigned? - Chris
