On 15th April 2023 I was given an order reference CH2039214518 to add Sky Sports HD to my current package for only 90p a month for the remainder of my new 18 month contract.
They said they would contact me by email to confirm everything showing me my new monthly payment increasing by 90p per month, however, when I log on to my account they say that the
order does not exist. I then phoned them about this problem only to be told that they were unable to help me as this was an online order and not available from customer retentions.
WHAT IS GOING WRONG WITH VIRGIN MEDIA AND WHY CAN'T I GET THE ORDER I MADE.
PLEASE HELP SOMEBODY. I have been with Virgin Media for over 25 Years but that does not seem to make any difference to them.
I await a response on this matter.
